During my years of being a cybernaut I've come across a variety of entertaining games and tuneful music. In a flash of brilliance (or was it boredom?), I thought it might be nice to share some of these discoveries. You won't find any fandangled rating systems or member registrations here, just a clear to read and easy to navigate selection of software that I think deserve a mention in some way. There are surely some things here that are curious, unique, exciting or just downright ridiculous, but it's all done in good humour with the one aim of being fun if nothing else.

As you can see, this place has had a bit of a redesign - it's looking quite smart even if I do say so myself! Most pages have been tweaked somehow, and new ones will be following over the next updates (whenever that might be). New game additions should be more frequent in the future, and I'll probably end up running out of ideas quite shortly...

A special mention must go to the vertically-challenged beard-wearing protagonists of Dwarf Fortress on this update. While I was checking the site's statistics after I put it back online last week, I was pleasantly surprised to find quite a large jump in visits (a relatively huge 70 visitors on Wednesday) after a French wiki site - this one right here, in fact - kindly added a link to my page about the game. There's also a steady flow of folks from the main DF website. Thanks to everyone for popping by! I've used this influx of interest as a spur to finally update my article on the game following its release a couple of months ago.

It's good to see the game getting such an excellent reception - not only has it already been indirectly Slashdotted, but it's been posted about on the Something Awful and Penny Arcade forums, giving it a pretty big spotlight to dance in. Power to the Dwarves!
